Responsibilities
- Direct multiple AI coding agents to design, build, test, and ship iOS features using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
- Take end-to-end ownership of iOS app slices including discovery, architecture, implementation, and QA
- Manage an engineer-as-a-team workflow using agents for spec drafting, codegen, and code review
- Design prompts, evals, and harnesses to make AI‑assisted mobile development repeatable
- Implement automation using Fastlane, CircleCI, and TestFlight
- Monitor production health using Sentry, Datadog, Cloudflare, and Firebase
- Mentor contractor teams on AI‑native workflows
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional iOS development experience
- Demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
