- Support the development and optimization of search relevance and ranking on the Mi.com platform
- Implement and maintain components of the search pipeline, including data processing, feature engineering, and model integration
- Develop data pipelines to process large-scale structured and unstructured data (e.g., query logs, product data)
- Apply basic machine learning and NLP techniques to improve query understanding and search relevance
- Assist in implementing embedding-based retrieval and semantic matching models
- Support offline evaluation and online experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to measure model performance
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and data analysts to deliver search improvements
