Role Overview
As an AI Engineering Director, you will lead our client AI programs and be the primary point of contact for key accounts. Your mission is to ensure outstanding technical delivery, strong client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You will directly manage forward deployed AI teams and engagement managers, provide steering and support across delivery, stakeholder management, and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI and data-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI.
- Provide strategic direction and proactive problem‑solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction.
