Key Responsibilities: Define and execute AI strategy aligned to business goals across the organisation. Design and deliver AI solutions (GenAI, NLP, chatbots, voice bots, and LLMs) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Build, deploy, and integrate scalable AI models and solutions into existing systems. Analyse data to generate insights and support model development and business decisions. Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards. Provide training, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
