AI Engineer / AI Developer (AI Model Training)

ARSoft Consulting is seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer / AI Developer (AI Model Training) with 2–4 years of professional experience to design, develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications powered by Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, practical experience in model training and optimisation, and a passion for solving complex business problems using modern AI technologies. Experience with Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI services will be highly valued.
