Ai Engineer: Agentic Ai Platforms & Business Impact

CRH is seeking a strong mid-level AI Engineer to design and build AI Agents on the internal Agentic AI platform. The role combines production-ready AI development with business-facing consultations to identify, qualify and shape high-value use cases in a hybrid work setup in Madrid.
You will develop MCP servers, engineer prompts and workflows, and collaborate with business stakeholders to extract requirements and assess strategic value of AI use cases.
