AI Engineer, Agentic AI & Business Value

CRH is seeking a mid‑level AI Engineer to build production‑grade AI Agents on our Agentic AI platform. You will design prompts, configure MCP servers, and craft agent workflows while working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI use cases.

You will combine backend development with hands‑on experience in LLMs, grounding and retrieval, ensuring secure integrations and scalable solutions within an Agile team.
