Most small and medium-sized businesses have heard endlessly about AI. Very few know what it actually means for their shop floor, their back office, or their customers, or where to even start.

We help them figure that out. A&O delivers hands-on AI training to Ontario SMEs looking to upskill their teams on the technologies reshaping their industries, overwhelmingly AI.

We're looking for a trainer/educator who can walk into a room (virtual or in person) full of skeptical, busy, practical people and leave them genuinely excited, and equipped, to start using AI. This is education, not consulting. You're not there to hand them a roadmap and a bill. You're there to move the needle on what they understand, what they're comfortable with, and what they can do next.
