AI-Driven Platform Operations Engineer

Wordbee (Part of TransPerfect) in Cebu City is hiring a Platform Operations & Support Engineer to keep our SaaS localization platform healthy and to support enterprise clients.

This hands-on role covers incident response, monitoring, runbooks, automation, and infrastructure hardening, with AI-assisted detection and diagnostics.

You'll work with the Infrastructure team and an in-house Claude-powered AI assistant to learn quickly and grow across the full stack.
