AI-Driven Consumer Credit Collections Manager

Satispay is seeking a Collection Manager – Consumer Credit to own end-to-end collection strategy for consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning.

You will design data-driven strategies and AI-powered approaches, personalize engagement, and ensure KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams and external partners.
