As an Automation Engineer, you will be the bridge that turns AI thinking into vigente work.
Working inside a collaborative AI Pod, you'll design the workflows, integrations, and guardrails that let AI agents safely update systems, route cases, and trigger approvals.
What you'll do:
- Design reliable, step‑by‑step automated processes (from intake to completion) with solid backup plans for when errors happen.
- Create APIs and connectors to link AI tools with major enterprise software, giving agents safe ways to update records and create tasks.
- Set up human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints for high‑risk decisions, build clear escalation paths, and keep detailed logs for compliance.
