AI & Data Capability Architect for Talent & Learning

Banco Santander SA is seeking a Talent & Capability Design specialist for Data & AI in Boadilla del Monte, Spain. The candidate will design frameworks and learning architectures to build skills and enable an AI-native workforce. This role involves partnering with various teams to ensure AI skills are embedded throughout the employee lifecycle.
