Profile Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in AI implementation, workflow automation or business process improvement.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering and Large Language Models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini).
- Experience integrating business systems using APIs, webhooks and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
