BSport empowers the wellness industry with an all‑in‑one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology. We are scaling fast and need a CS AI Enablement Specialist to help make our Customer Success operations more data‑driven and AI‑augmented.
Responsibilities
- Deploy a portfolio of AI initiatives that increase the productivity of Customer Success teams across onboarding, account management, support, renewals, and health monitoring.
- Work hands‑on with the CS and operations tech stack and lead small‑to‑mid‑sized projects end‑to‑end.
- Identify, test, and deploy AI tools across the CS workflow (onboarding, account reviews, support triage, churn‑risk detection, renewal prep, CS reporting).
