Method Resourcing have partnered with a global firm who have a brand-new opportunity where you will join a scaling AI & Automation team at a pivotal stage. The team is delivering flagship AI tools and automation projects with immediate impact across the business.
They’re now hiring an AI & Automation Lead - in this role, you’ll take the lead on key workstreams within a growing AI & Automation team, driving the delivery of high-impact projects while staying close to the technology through hands-on Python development and code reviews. You’ll bring your RPA expertise (ideally Automation Anywhere, though UiPath is also valued) to shape solutions, while also coaching and mentoring junior developers as they grow into their roles. Collaboration will be central, as you’ll work alongside Product, Architecture, and AI colleagues to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
