Senior AI / Agentic AI Engineer – Overview
We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join the Customer Delivery team at CI&T. This role focuses on building and scaling AI-powered solutions such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automations while enabling client teams to operate autonomously and evolve their engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
- Design and implement vector database solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to leverage enterprise data platforms.
- Optimise AI applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Support AI governance, monitoring, and operational best practices.
