Responsibilities
Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to workflows and processes. Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk. Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams. Contributing to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans. Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities. Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support. Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms. Qualifications
