About the Role
We are looking for an Ai Agents Engineer. The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of AI agents leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. This role will help transition from ad hoc implementations to repeatable, industrialized frameworks and practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy multi-step reasoning AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
- Contribute to the industrialization of AI agent development (templates, frameworks, best practices)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions
- Collaborate with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and implement use cases
