AI Agent Builder Job Core ResponsibilitiesAgent Construction & Workflow Setup: Use low-code platforms (e.G., Write and refine high-quality System Prompts to control AI behavior, persona, and task accuracy.
Continuously optimize prompts based on real-world interaction data.Support the integration of AI Agents with client systems (CRM, Helpdesk, etc.) Use basic coding (Python/JS) to handle data parsing and custom logic nodes.Local Scripting & Voice Strategy: Translate and adapt AI scripts to fit local linguistic nuances.
QA & Daily Operations: Monitor AI performance, identify Bad Cases, and perform troubleshooting.
Conduct pre-launch testing (UAT) to ensure the agent meets quality standards before deployment.Global Collaboration: Communicate with international clients and cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales) to deconstruct requirements and deliver localized solutions.AI Agent Builder Core QualificationsLanguage: Fluent in English (Spoken & Written).
