We are building a new global AI Advantage team at ServiceNow, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to oversee APAC and Japan. We are interested in candidates that can help turn our customers strategy into real proof in weeks.
About the Role
These leaders will run intensive, on-site Vision-to-Prototype engagements with C-level executives across our Marquee customers - helping define ServiceNow strategy, prioritize high-value use cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to build prototypes on the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on AI.

You will work closely with our Workflow Design Studio, Chief Transformation Officers, industry teams, and value leaders to help customers move from AI ambition - execution with real speed and clarity.
