Responsibilities
- Employee upskilling & scalable enablement:
- Needs Assessment: collaborate with business leaders to identify specific AI skill gaps and learning needs.
- Training Program Design and Delivery: develop engaging training curricula, workshops, and learning materials focused on practical AI applications such as machine learning fundamentals, deep learning, responsible AI practices, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks. Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for experienced technical audiences.
- Scalable Frameworks: design playbooks and scorecards that allow business units to identify, evaluate and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
