In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint processes. You will partner closely with the Product Owner to manage complex backlogs, drive adoption of Agile methodologies, and coach teams on continuous improvement, all within a traditionally non-agile culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management
• Address impediments and oversee dependencies
• Report Agile metrics to executives
• Guide teams in self-organizational practices
Requirements:
• 8–10 years in Agile-Scrum roles
• Background in AI, machine learning, or data engineering
• Proven rapid experimentation leadership
• Authorized to work in Canada
