Role Overview
Agile Product Management Advisor in IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Center, supporting Pharmacy industry clients worldwide. Scope includes defining system features, validating work, and steering the Software Engineering Excellence teams through product vision, roadmap, and portfolio risk management across PBS and Pharmacy areas.
Responsibilities
Produce clear, user‐story‐ready requirements, building a backlog depth of at least 1.5–2 sprints.
Develop deep product knowledge for the assigned product area.
Establish positive working relationships with clients, stakeholders and peers.
Drive discussions to elaborate process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and success criteria.
Manage product goals and metrics to ensure on‐time delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog of user stories and maintain product roadmaps (weekly).
Coordinate with Delivery Manager on delivery timelines for planned work.
