Agile Services is a central team of agility experts offering guidance, coaching and resources for business agility across our businesses in Marsh. We support groups new to Agility as well as established groups that want to elevate and improve existing practices.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Adoption: Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of training, coaching, consulting to ensure best practice is established.
Develop and Deliver Training & Workshops: Develop and deliver practical and high impact trainings and workshops in topics like Value Streams, Product, Lean Portfolio, Leadership, Agility Foundations and Role‑based learnings.
Mentor and Develop Teams: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance their Agile capabilit...
