Agile Framework Implementation and Coaching
Provide hands-on coaching to IT Product teams and Platform teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices, ensuring integration into daily operations.Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the understanding of Agile practices among team members and encourage active participation in Agile ceremonies.Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on driving continuous improvement.Encourage collaboration during these ceremonies, promoting an environment of trust and accountability.Continuous Improvement and Performance Monitoring
