We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about driving organizational change and fostering a culture of agility. As a change agent, you will work closely with teams and leadership to enable the adoption of Agile principles, practices, and mindsets. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the transformation journey, coaching teams and individuals, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and other stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and practices. Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions to address individual needs and support personal and professional growth.
