Agentic Program Manager (Customer Journey)

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an operationally excellent and delivery-focused Agentic Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of Agentic customer plays across Qlik’s Agentic-led customer portfolio
• Working within the Agentic Journey team, you will take approved play designs (defined by the Journey Architect and Journey Lead) and turn them into structured, well-governed execution
• From designing the test, coordinating all required assets, and supporting in-product automation, through to partnering with Analytics & Insights on operational reporting and leading the retrospective that feeds the next iteration: you own the full lifecycle of every play you run
