Job Title: Automation & Agentic AI Lead — AIOps & Infrastructure Exp - 10 to 14 Years Notice Period: Immediate Job Location : Bangalore About the role We are looking for a hands-on lead to drive extreme automation within our infrastructure accounts. You will partner with Delivery teams and the Tech CoE to transform manual operations into intelligent, self-healing workflows. This is a journey: starting with foundational scripting and RPA, establishing event-driven triggers, and ultimately deploying Agentic AI that can make decisions and execute remediation autonomously. What you‘ll do Discovery: Partner with Delivery/Infra teams to identify manual processes and incident patterns suitable for automation. Foundation: Build and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, Ansible) and RPA bots to handle routine tasks.
