Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects
- Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices
- Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases including AI SDR, Customer Service, and Onboarding agents
- Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows
- Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
- Review and improve existing implementations and use cases
- Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)
- Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end
- Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant or Architect
- Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as sales automation and customer service automation
