Position Summary
Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. Operate the telephone switchboard, handle wake‑up calls, and route calls to the appropriate extension. Receive, record, and forward messages accurately. Log all guest requests or issues into the computer system and contact the relevant department (e.g., bellperson, housekeeping). Follow up with the guest to ensure the request has been resolved to satisfaction. Provide information about room features, property amenities, and local attractions, and assist with internet and in‑room entertainment. When requested, process room‑service orders, answer menu‑selection questions, and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system.
