Agent / Senior Agent / Lead Agent, Air Export Operations (Accounting & Operations)

Provide operational support (billings & operations) to internal and external customers by ensuring accurate and timely invoices, billing reports and shipping documents with good documentation control to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

• Assist supervisor/manager to lead team of operations assistants (accounting & operations), by providing support and guidance to them as necessary.
• Check and follow up on daily exported shipments and ensure billing, billing reports and shipping documentation are correctly executed and applied as per Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
• Ensure all documentation (invoices, reports and shipping documents) is promptly sent, mailed and filed and complies with local rules and regulations.
