About this role
Agent onboarding Analyst will serve as a liaison between corporate office and field sales representatives to implement our prospective agent applications. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while upholding accuracy in all processed information while adhering to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the accuracy information of new applications submitted by sales force
- Process and upload new applications in the system
- Process change of owner’s applications
- Update phone, fax and e-mail address of existing agents
- Update bank accounts
- Coordinate the bank account request for new agents to Finance Operations
- Coordinate the equipment shipping for new agents to Web support
- Notify sales via e‑mail about their activations
