Job Description
As an Agent – Ocean Import, you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information while delivering a high level of customer service.
You will support daily operations, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.
Operations
Open and manage import files in the systemReceive and verify shipping documentsProcess shipments in line with company proceduresMonitor shipments and provide status updatesEnsure accurate and timely invoicingMaintain accurate data entry in operational systemsFollow customer SOPs and compliance requirementsCustomer Service
