- Communicate with our customers in executing export bookings.
- Prepare export documentations.
- Command in internal export management systems
- Understand and follow internal standards and process to execute bookings.
- Prepare and document customer’s requirements in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) database.
- Good understanding of internal quality standards and compliance policies.
- Apply in day-to-day execution of bookings.
- Billings to clients accurately and timely.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers (Shipping lines, trucking companies and Container Freight Station (CFS) Provider and others involved).
- Declaring Permits after passing Custom Competency test.
