Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operational system.
- Track and trace Air Export files and reporting.
- Use Tree View on a daily basis.
- Communicate arrival notices to overseas teams and customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
- Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers (airline carriers, trucking companies, and others).
- Maintain compliance with all internal and external regulations.
- Understand department process flow and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all customer SOPs are in place and updated in the DLSOPs.
