Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-performing commercial lines agencies and brokers
- Lead the appointment process and train producers on the SafeLease portal
- Act as the primary point of contact for producer partners and conduct regular account reviews
- Educate producers on insurance products and technology advantages
- Drive premium growth by owning the pipeline from submission to bind
- Build distribution and referral relationships with property management customers
