Agency Analyst (Middle Office) - Private Debt (Valladolid)

Responsibilities

The Analyst will be responsible for a portfolio of companies and will manage all aspects described above, including:

• Interacting with investors and corporate borrowers to ensure the administrative, financial, and legal monitoring of financing agreements.
• Performing all calculations related to the assigned portfolio.
• Preparing and managing waivers, lender meetings, and, more generally, investor/lender decision‑making processes.
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the financing agreement provisions (financial covenants, security interests, undertakings, and other contractual obligations).
• Maintaining relationships with investors, corporate borrowers, law firms, private equity funds, banks, and the larger AFS financial ecosystem.
• Participating in client meetings.
• Contributing to AFS’s marketing and business development initiatives.
