Agency Analyst (Middle Office) – Private Debt (Paradela)

Position

Aether is looking for an Analyst (with at least 2 years of experience) to join its Agency team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between banks/investors and corporate borrowers in financing transactions.
• Ensure proper execution of financing agreements through administrative responsibilities: managing delivery of contractual information obligations such as annual financial statements, reporting packages, budgets, and covenant certificates.
• Handle financial responsibilities: calculating interest, payment instructions, margin adjustments, prepayment penalties, APR calculations, subscription prices, and related matters.
• Coordinate cash flow: oversee cash flow aspects related to closings, drawdowns, and payments throughout the life of the transaction.
• Perform ad hoc interactions: handle waiver requests, amendments, and complex situations requiring the Agent's involvement (such as restructurings).
