The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and the Director of Care while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations. You'll also oversee the implementation of care plans, coordinate services, and communicate effectively with families and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing activities within the resident neighbourhood
• Review and process physician orders as needed
• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions
• Provide first aid and manage Incident Reports
• Lead team communications during shift reports
