This includes monitoring spare parts inventory, processing documents, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring accurate stock records to support efficient aftersales service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts and aftersales materials.
- Process receiving and issuance of parts in the system.
- Prepare and file warehouse documents such as delivery receipts, stock transfer forms, and service reports.
- Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors regarding parts availability.
