Aftersales Technical Engineer (Madrid)

OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates independently from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

Main Responsibilities

Monitoring and Quality Control

• Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda, Jaecoo and Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.
• Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.
• Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.
• Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.
• Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed.
