Main Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Quality Control
- Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda, Jaecoo, Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.
- Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.
- Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.
- Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.
- Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.
