Afternoon Shift Production Supervisor

**Job Must Haves**

+ 3+ years of production supervisor
+ 5+ years of manufacturing experience
+ Experience with managing 15+ people
+ Mechanical and electrical knowledge/inclined

**Job Duties**

+ Over-looking and managing 15-20 machine operators
+ Completing daily scheduling for production
+ Ensuring that inventory is up to date and materials are available
+ Communicating with other departments
+ Quality inspecting all finished products
+ Assisting with tasks on the floor
+ Monitoring productivity and providing performance feedback
