Job Summary/Overview
Responsible for providing technical support in commercial activities, including warranty claims administration, service center certification/re-certification, direct communication with customers and channel partners on technical issues, spare‑parts selection and quotation, structuring, design, definition, revision and finalization of procedure manuals, field support for certified service centers and technicians, specification of equipment and replacement parts, and support to special applications for the sales group. The role focuses on lifting hardware, hoists, cranes, linear motion, automation, light crane, and conveyance systems, assisting distributors and sales teams to ensure project realization. In-depth knowledge of engineering solutions for material handling, lifting, automation, linear motion, and light crane systems is required.
