What You’ll Be Doing

All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values.

• Resolve and perform root causes analysis for delivery discrepancies, customer and supplier credits.
• Manage quality issues related to deliveries and/or parts and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
• Manage both customer and suppliers returns and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
• Manage Scrapping request.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate in meetings with customer/suppliers.
• Manage Quality block for defective inventory.
• Manage and assist transportation claim with warehouse and sales team.
• Support EPR system development test.
• Cooperate with operation process enhancement.
