This role ensures smooth product implementation, customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, and service coordination while supporting the sales team with technical expertise during the pre‑sales process. The role bridges Sales, Technical, and Customer Service functions.

• Set up, present, and demonstrate technical solutions to new and existing clients to support sales objectives.
• Deliver on‑site and remote training sessions to clients and partners to enhance product understanding and usage.
