Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and training to the global distributor network, acting as the interface between them and corporate departments on matters related to sales and after-sales processes;
- Coordinate technical and commercial solutions with the local Engineering team and HQ;
- Support distributors and regional teams in managing vehicle downtime during breakdowns and provide assistance to improve vehicle uptime;
- Manage warranties and technical failures in the field;
- Occasionally act as a 'Flying Doctor' to address complex failures;
- Promote the development and implementation of commercial parts and service management to meet dealership needs and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Manage backorders and obsolescence;
- Support commercial campaigns;
