After‑Hours Program Supervisors provide crisis management support to our 24/7 care programs. You will coach and mentor front‑line employees such as Child and Youth Care Workers (CYCWs). Leading by example, you will actively support children and youth with complex needs, build trusting relationships, and set a gold standard of high quality care for frontline employees. Your work is grounded in harm reduction and crisis response. This work is demanding. It will stretch your patience and creativity. It will give you the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in care.
