Affiliate Relationship Manager - Latam (Bogotá)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to manage and grow long-term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners across general markets. This role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners
• Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
