About the Role
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building and scaling our creator and influencer ecosystem to drive commerce growth. You will lead the strategy for identifying, onboarding, and managing high‑performing affiliate/creators to increase brand awareness and GMV. You will serve as the strategic bridge between the brand and the creator community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an end‑to‑end creator strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and long‑term brand loyalty.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of creators, ensuring a healthy mix of mega, macro, and micro talent to optimize ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of creator‑led campaigns for product launches, monthly double‑day sales (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), and evergreen promotions.
